The state-of-the-art facility will be able to discharge up to 25,000 metric ton vessels with a discharge rate of 250 metric tons per hour.
45,000 metric tons of silo storage is under construction in addition to packing, blending and milling services.
The facility will operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week
(with exception of public holidays).
Newport are one of the largest bulk tanker haulage users in the UK, with over 350,000 metric tons of distribution, some on 24 hour or 7 days a week delivery schedules.
We manage the inventory and delivery planning utilizing SAP, with possibilities to link into customers.
